Shipping (and delivery confirmation, if available) is included and is same for anywhere within the U.S. International shipping will cost extra--please ask. I can combine shipping for smaller items, so let me know if you're interested in more than one item.

I accept only non-CC Paypal (Paypal balance or direct transfer, please). eCheck is also okay, but I will only ship out after the check clears. Item goes to whoever can pay first.
